What if my order is lost or damaged?

If your package arrives damaged, please keep the original box and all packing materials. Inspect all items to ensure that none have been damaged, and contact us immediately at jerico1015@163.com.We will need photos of the inside and outside of the box, the shipping label, and any damaged items.

We will do our best to resolve your issue and send out replacement items as quickly as possible. If you experience any issues with your order or believe you received a defective item, please contact us right away. DO NOT modify or alter your items, as this may affect its eligibility for return or replacement.
